Sturdy wooden kitchen pantry cupboard – former antique American refrigerator

This unique kitchen icebox cabinet was once an original American refrigerator from The Jewett Refrigerator Co., Buffalo N.Y. and has now found a second life as a sturdy pantry or storage cabinet. Made of solid oak, this piece of furniture exudes character and authenticity – a true eye-catcher in the kitchen!

Although the cooling function no longer works, the cabinet offers ample storage space for dishes, kitchen utensils, or supplies. The built-in lighting is still functional, making it convenient to see the contents.

Please note: The door handles have some defects (see photos), but the doors still open and close smoothly by turning the handle to the side.
