Rustic antique Burgundian flagstone floor, second layer
Description
Second layer of genuine antique Burgundian flagstones in various cream / coquille d’oeuf shades. The gray as seen in our photo can be added or left out. The surface is aged for a more rustic look. These valleys are cooler and also more colorful than our other second-layer valleys, see art. number 1670.
What are second layer valleys? The original 17th century thick French flagstones are sawn off, creating an original first layer of slab, which are quite expensive. The next layer has a coarse hand-chopped back, which is also sawn off, this easily reusable middle (second) slice becomes outdated and can last for years.
Just like the first layer of antique valleys, dimensions can be completely variable and can be laid in a wild pattern (cutting is required for courses).
Thickness approximately between 3 and 4 cm.
