Miniature silver VOC ship ‘de Halve Maen’. Owned by Ronnie Tober. (a Dutch singer) Prince de Lignac – once gave Ronnie Tober this silver boat. It is a miniature of the VOC ship the Halve Maen. The miniature boat represents the Halve Maen, the VOC ship with which Henry Hudson arrived in 1609 at the place that would later become New York. A city where Tober lived for sixteen years.
