Iconic Murano glass floor lamp, Model LT316 by Carlo Nason for Mazzega

Impressive and rare vintage design floor lamp, created by Carlo Nason for the Italian glass manufacturer Mazzega (Murano) in the 1960s. The LT316 model is built from stacked segments of hand-blown opaline and clear Murano glass. The sculptural form with the chalice-shaped elements creates a diffused and warm ‘Sfumato’ lighting effect. A timeless statement piece of Italian Mid-Century design.
