French Art Deco solid oak partner desk, by designer Charles Dudouyt.
Dudouyt was a designer of lamps and furniture. After the first world war he adopted a modern style in which he took the material as a starting point. The solid wood frame gives this desk a sturdy character. The door panels are beautifully finished with leather within the wooden frame and the brass details create an elegant finish.
